The Bigger the Better

The Scope of this remodel focused solely on the kitchen. While the clients felt the overall space of the kitchen was sufficient, they were concerned about losing valuable storage and counter space to their upgraded, larger appliances.

By opting to close off the opening between the kitchen and adjacent dining room - which we felt comfortable doing as they planned to utilize it as a sitting room and office space - we were able to add two large pantry spaces, more upper and lower cabinets, make the counter space a bit roomier, and expand the island to allow for plenty of seating near the action.
